Should a defect occur within this period, we will repair or replace your product free of charge – quickly and easily. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by improper use are excluded. We will cover shipping costs in the event of a warranty claim.

Shipping: Free shipping within Germany and the EU. Free international shipping for orders over $250, below that a flat rate of $50 is charged. Shipping with DHL or DHL Express. Delivery to DHL Packstations in Germany is possible. Tracking is included.

Delivery time: EU 1-4 working days, worldwide 3-8 working days.

Returns: Possible within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Customs duties and taxes: Outside the EU, these are to be borne by the customer. Shipping is customs and tax paid (DDP).
