What happens if I receive a wrong item, color, or size?
Should you accidentally receive an item different from the one ordered, please contact our customer service first at info@DEGELER.com before initiating a return. This is the only way we can correctly organize the exchange and, if applicable, the assumption of shipping costs. Please have your order number and a brief description of the problem ready.
When will my order be shipped?
Incoming orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays and shipped immediately thereafter. The exact availability is shown on the product page. Please note: No shipping takes place on weekends and public holidays.
How long does shipping take?
The delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and the delivery location. Within Europe, standard shipping takes 2–4 business days.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. This will become active in the respective logistics partner's system within 24-48 hours of shipping.
Which shipping provider is used for delivery?
DEGELER works with UPS and DHL – depending on the destination country, shipping method, and product.
Does DEGELER also ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Outside Europe, shipping is free for orders over 250 USD. Below this threshold, we charge a shipping fee of 50 USD per order. For deliveries outside the EU, shipments are delivered duty paid (DDP). Any customs duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout and paid directly with the order.
Can I change the delivery address later?
As long as your order has not yet left our warehouse, it is possible to change the delivery address. Please contact our customer service immediately.

Can I use two credit cards to pay for my purchase?
Currently, it is not possible to pay for an order with two credit cards. However, you can combine a gift voucher with a credit card or PayPal to complete your order.
How do I add items to my shopping cart?
It's that simple:
- Select the desired item.
- Choose the color and, if applicable, the size.
- Enter the desired quantity.
Click on "Add to Cart" – and you're done!
What are the order status messages?
In Progress: Your order has been received and is being prepared in the system.
Shipped: Your items have been handed over to our logistics partner.
Canceled: Your order has been canceled and will not be processed further.
How can I check the status of my order?
You have several options:
- Via the link in your order confirmation email
- Via "My Account" at https://degeler.com/account/login
- Or directly via the "Track Order" link in the footer
For this you need:
- Your order number
- and either your email address or postcode
Once your order has been dispatched, you will also see your tracking number with live tracking there. Please note that tracking information may become visible up to 24 hours after dispatch.

How can I make changes to my shopping cart?
You can make the following adjustments to your shopping cart at any time:
- Remove items: Click "Remove" next to the respective product.
- Add gift option: Select "Mark as gift" and follow the further steps.
- Save items: If you wish to purchase an item later, use the "Add to Wishlist" function.
- Continue shopping: "Continue Shopping" will take you back to the store. You can return at any time via the shopping cart icon at the top right.
How do I return an item purchased on degeler.com?
How to return an item:
- If possible, pack the item in its original packaging.
- The item must be unused and complete – including accessories, tags, and documents.
- Include the completed returns form stating the reason for return.
- Use the pre-paid return label or request a new one from us.
- Before dropping off the package, please remove all old labels.
- Drop off the package at UPS or DHL – depending on the carrier indicated on your label.
- Keep the tracking number safe.
Once we receive your return, processing usually takes 3–5 business days. The refund will then be issued to the original payment method used.
How does an exchange work at DEGELER?
Direct exchanges are not currently possible. Please return the item in accordance with the return instructions and place a new order via our online shop. Shipping costs and additional services (e.g., gift wrapping) will only be refunded if the fault lies with DEGELER.
How do I return an order purchased abroad?
International returns are possible, but not using our German return label. Please contact our customer service to coordinate the return process from your country.
What is your return policy?
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, complete, and in original packaging if possible
- The product price will be refunded, less any shipping and additional costs (gift options, etc.)
What applies to payments with Apple Pay or PayPal?
Returns for orders made with Apple Pay or PayPal also follow the normal returns process. The refund will be automatically credited to the original account used.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items in our online shop are available unless a "Sold Out" label is displayed. If a product is sold out, this will be clearly indicated on the product page. In this case, the item cannot be added to the shopping cart.
