Congratulations, a very good choice. DEGELER offers comprehensive protection with the manufacturer\'s warranty. Should errors in the material or processing occur, we will help you in any case as quickly and accommodatingly as possible. In detail, this means: DEGELER GmbH & Co. KG (short: DEGELER) guarantees every person who has purchased a workpiece manufactured by DEGELER (customer), in accordance with the following conditions, that this item will be free of defects in materials or workmanship. If, contrary to expectations, such a fault occurs within this period, DEGELER will repair it at no cost to the customer or - if repair is not possible - deliver a new workpiece to the customer. In addition, DEGELER grants a two-year guarantee for all service and repair work carried out by DEGELER. A period that begins with the return to the customer. Signs of wear and tear are excluded from the guarantee. Claims from this guarantee also do not exist if the product shows damage or defects caused by improper use, or if the workpiece shows characteristics that indicate external influences or interventions by unauthorized persons, such as improper repairs.

Anyone wishing to make use of the guarantee must send their product directly to the following address: DEGELER GmbH & Co. KG / Frankfurter Str. 63 A / D-63322 Rödermark. DEGELER shall bear the costs of sending in and returning the goods if DEGELER discovers a fault covered by this guarantee. In the case of shipment by the customer, the customer bears all risks associated with the shipment, in particular that the product is lost or damaged during shipment.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to this guarantee. Statutory rights to which the customer is entitled due to a defect are not affected by this guarantee.
